“WomenHelpingOthers is an all women's community service & outreach group focused on uplifting, supporting & motivating the woman as she gives back to her community. With a specific focus in helping our homeless communities feel human, and mentoring the youth we believe in changing the world one step at a time...one woman at a time.”

WomenHelpingOthers was developed in 2015 by Cidney Grady (Founder), and later officially formed as a way to combine her love of helping people in need, and uplifting women. Part one of our mission is to challenge the standards, and societal norms that naturally place women against each other, and instead, show what the positive bond and unity between women of all races, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds has the power to produce. The second half of our mission is to ensure that people experiencing homelessness know that they are loved, they are seen, and most importantly that they are human beings. WomenHelpingOthers also operates as a mentorship, leadership, and spiritual life group. We value self worth and love, the acceptance of others, and learning about ideas and beliefs that challenge our own. These things are essential for growth as individuals, and are what we think it takes to be a woman with power and presence.

WomenHelpingOthers was officially Approved for campus operation at Belmont university April 27,2021, and the first campus officer team was assembled!

We do all of these things to help cultivate women who selflessly give back to their community. Our outreach, and research efforts are geared towards the elimination of homelessness. However, we make it a point to be a helping hand in all aspects of community in the cities we operate in. Everything from back to school drives to stocking free community fridges, and tending to community gardens are things that we are proud to do. We are currently based in Nashville, Tennessee, and plan to grow our membership throughout the city with our outreach efforts on college, and high school campuses. We are constantly growing and evolving, and believe in WomenHelpingOthers...Always.
